Branding

A brand’s personality is everything. I’ve worked on brand launches and rebrand initiatives that include naming, positioning, and establishing brand voice. That means everything from style guides to website launches.

Product Launches

I use research to inform product positioning and create messaging tailored to different parts of the customer lifecycle. I’ve also worked on go-to-market strategy and frequently collab with UX teams on creating an engaging and cohesive customer journey.

Marketing

Like most Millennial copywriters, I have email clips for days. But I also have extensive experience testing creative for performance marketing and tailoring messaging for different audiences (read: retention and acquisition).

 

Content Design

I’ve worked with UX teams to create customer journeys that are engaging and easy to navigate, including app rollouts and re-platforming, website user flows, and landing page optimization.

Packaging

Packaging is basically the brand IRL. I have experience working with regulatory teams to create engaging and informative copy for food packaging, beverage labels, boxes, and more.

Editorial

Like many copywriters, I started in publishing. That means writing features for print magazines as well as digital publications, mostly in the fashion and lifestyle space. It also means working with brands to create advertorial content that connects with potential customers.
